"Falkner!" You slammed open the door to his office in Violet City's Gym.
"(N-Name)!" He stuttered from your sudden outburst and surprising entrance.
You walked over to him, hands behind your back with a smile. "Hey Falkner, guess what?" You asked him to guess.
Falkner pinched the bridge of his nose. "I apologize (Name), but I don't know 'what'." Falkner said as he stared back at your now-standing form.
You pouted at his answer. "Falkner...don't you even remember what today is?" You asked him slowly, letting him trying to remember it on his own.
Falkner thought for a bit before looking at his calendar. His eyes widened slightly in remembrance. "That was today?" He asked for confirmation.
